The Evolution of CITES - 9th edition

New publication

The International Council for Game and Wildlife Conservation has published 'The Evolution of CITES - 9th edition' by Willem Wijnstekers. This book presents the history and evolution of CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora). It is available in English and in French, with a Spanish translation coming soon.

 

CITES plays an important role for many RMCA scientists. Expert reports are regularly requested and some of our scientists are members of the Belgian CITES Scientific Committee, which issues opinions regarding imports of endangered animal and tree species.
