Talk on ‘Migration in DR Congo in the 19th and 20th century’ by Sabine Cornelis
Conference ‘L’Europe en dialogue avec le monde au XXIe siècle’(Europe in dialogue with the world in the 21st century), 22 Nov - 15 Dec 11
Between 22 November and 15 December 2011 le Centre de Culture Européenne is organising the fifth edition of the L’Europe en dialogue avec le monde au XXIe siècle conference. This year the conference is focusing on the major political upheavals and corresponding migration flows in Europe and the world.
One of the speakers is Sabine Cornelis, head of sector within the RMCA’s Colonial History department. At 5.30 pm on Thursday 8 December she will be giving a talk on migration in the DR Congo in the 19th and 20th century.
