RMCA PhD student wins scientific photography contest

SPIEKULographic is a scientific photography contest organized by the SPIE KU Leuven Student Chapter. Its aim is to show the results of scientific work to the world in visual form.

 

On 27 June 2012, Wouter Fannes (Invertebrates non-insects section) won the first prize of this contest with 'The sculpture within', a stunning microscopic image of the internal genitalia of a female spider (Zyngoonops). Congratulations to Wouter!
