Travel awards for African participation in Biodiversity Information Standards conference
Biodiversity Information Specialists from developing African countries are invited to apply for travel support to participate in the 2012 Biodiversity Information Standards (TDWG) conference, which will be held on 22-26 October 2012 at the China People’s Palace in Beijing, China.
The travel awards are made possible by a joint funding of JRS Biodiversity and the Belgian Development Cooperation program of the Royal Museum for Central Africa. Applications should be sent no later than 31 of July 2012.
Biodiversity Information Standards (TDWG), also known as the Taxonomic Databases Working Group, is a not for profit scientific and educational association that is affiliated with the International Union of Biological Sciences.
