Complaints about our services?
The RMCA attaches a lot of importance to the quality of the services it offers. If however you do have a comment or complaint relating to the museum you should transmit it to our Complaints Manager who will look into the matter and endeavour to come up with a satisfactory resolution. The Complaints Manager will also do everything in his power to make sure that the same complaint does not recur in the future.
How to file a complaint?
- Preferably via the online complaints form. (pdf- 126kb)
- At the museum’s welcome desk (Leuvensesteenweg 13, 3080 Tervuren)
- By letter (RMCA, Leuvensesteenweg 13, 3080 Tervuren)
- It is also possible to request the complaints form by telephone (02 769 52 98).
You are free to reason your complaint and explain any personal concerns you might have. In order for us to process your complaint in a satisfactory manner we would ask that you provide us with your name, address and e-mail address. We will then do our utmost to deal with your complaint within 10 working days.
