  • Books and reviews dedicated to Sub-Saharan Africa in the fields of oral literature and linguistics :
    • grammar, lexicons, linguistic atlases
    • comparative or historical linguistics, classification
    • vehicular languages, contacts between languages
    • teaching manuals
    • epics, stories, proverbs, etc.
    • bibliography, etc.
        The Bantu and Mande groups are well-documented.

  • Linguistics Library Catalogue
    The online catalogue currently holds about 2.800 books and articles dedicated to Sub-Saharan Africa in the fields of oral literature and linguistics.
    This online version of the catalogue is a work in progress. The actual content of the library is much richer (more than 9000 references).
