The Royal Museum of Central Africa has four management bodies which are directly accountable to the Director General:

  • The Management Committee
  • The Scientific Council
  • The Recruitment and Promotion Committee
  • The Consultative Committee.

It also has threeSteering Committees:

  • Digitization
  • Collection Policy
  • COMRAF.

Four departments are directly accountable to the Director General:

  • Prevention / ISPP 
  • Internal service for physical control
  • Development Cooperation
  • Publications.

The Committee of Directors is directly accountable to the Director General.
