| Notice : | Even in the Rusizi plain, rivers are characterized by important variabilities in the hydrograph and stream floods (flash floods) occur. This bridge on the RN 5 has been broken. Firstly there has been colmatation of sediments so that the river flowed over the road and the dam, provoking erosion of the whole structure (Prof. L. Nahimana). |
