Behind the Institute’s Walls

The Royal Museum for Central Africa offers groups the opportunity to discover the museum’s day-to-day workings, particularly at the research institute.

The first part of the visit presents the institute, but also discusses the history of the site, the architecture, and the museum’s renovation. The breadth of the museum’s rich collections will be illustrated with several pieces.

Next, catch a glimpse of the scientific institute, with a special focus on the museum’s research in biology, geology, or cultural anthropology..
