Stenmans, Secrétaire de gouvernement pour les Affaires politiques et judiciaires vient d'effectuer un voyage au cours duquel il eut l'occasion de prendre de nombreux et utiles contacts avec les milieux représentatifs de la région s'étendant de Bakwanga (Kasaï) à Albertville (Lac Tanganika). Voici M. Stenmans au centre minier de Bakwanga tenant, au cercle des évolués, un colloque avec de nombreux représentants des partis et les autorités coutumières.
De heer Stenmans, Regeringssecretaris voor politieke en gerechtelijke aangelegenheden maakte zopas een reis tijdens welke hij de gelegenheid had om talrijke en nuttige contacten op te nemen met de representatieve kringen van de streek die zich uitstrekt van Bakwanga (Kasaï) tot Albertstad (Tanganikameer). Ziehier de heer Stenmans in het mijnbouwcentrum te Bakwanga, waar hij, in de Kring voor geëvolueerden een colloquium houdt met talrijke vertegenwoordigers van de partijen en van de gewoonterechtelijke middens.
