Notice : | The Maman Mobutu gully is alimentated with runoff, developing right on the flat hilltop where a holliday resort of the REGIDESO creates considerable amounts of runoff from the roofs and the parking. The water is not stored, just drained away to the road below the door in the the right part of the picture. Rough estimations show that discharge under that door can attain 100 liters/second! during a heavy rainstorm. |
