| Notice : | This gully at Mataba has been highly stabilized by means of wast, mostly plastic waste. Although it smells and it is nothe very estetic, this type of waste, well bedded, shows a tangentiel and tensile strenght, superior to the ones of the Kalahari sand substrate. Note that the installation of vegetation in the gully head is not at all a warranty for stability of the gully hed in the future. |
