a water pot made to represent a gourd an (in some cases) a large portugese wine-bottle called a garrafão/ This shikutso is of Ndau origin. Pots resembling gourds are made with the hand, as far as the neck, then, when the hand can no longer be inserted, a stick is twisted round inside the neck.
