This document (D10‐D7.1.3 Dispatching system to answer questions timely operational) describes technical and management aspects of the OpenUp! Helpdesk dispatching system. Providers and users can get support from the helpdesk by creating a support ticket and asking a question or stating an issue, which will be dispatched to the identified OpenUp! key staff with the expertise to answer or address it.
