External Peer Review of RMCA's scientific outputs

Our museum currently undergoes an external scientific peer review requested by BELSPO. This activity happens in the framework of a vaster and full evaluation of all federal Scientific institutions et their regrouping in different domain specific excellence Centers and this for a total duration of 5 years. The Nature excellence Centre of which RMCA is part is the first to be evaluated. This process is thus done in parallel and in collaboration with RBINS. For us the procedure has started in May 2014 and is foreseen to last one year. The evaluation is done by an external expert company, selected by Belspo via a call for tender. The company that has been selected is technopolis [group], which Belgian and Netherlands branches will perform the work (http://www.technopolis-group.com/cms.cgi/site/ index.htm).
