| Notice : | Gully at the Maman Mobutu district swallowed since 2004 more than fifty houses. Natural hazard, natural risk. The step-like runoff ditch, built to halt further gully head regression apparently did not work. Water flowed at both sides of the line and gully head retreat took place at both sides, leaving behind and undermining the runoff line itself. |
