Notice : | Landslide in a spring amphitheatre of the Bumbu river took place on the 10th of May 2009, has destructed some 70 houses, killed 3 persons. Natural hazard. Natural risk. The picture shows a garden which was in horizontal position before the landslide. The vegetation makes stiil an angle of about 90° with the now steeply dipping surface. This type of rotation indicates the presence of not one single slide plane but of a very thick bundle of slide planes or slide belt. |
