The agents of the CEHC, like Charles Callewaert, from the AIC and the E.I.C. frenetically reproduced the world in which they lived. They left behind a sort of visual encyclopaedia to future generations, incomplete but historically very important. Here one also finds a species of striped lily, called "Tshincombi", depicted in the aquarelles of Louis Moreels (1858-1930)
