| Notice : | The back of the hogback is a double structural surface, incised by numerous gullies. Although the Red Sea Mountains are considered as one of the dryest places on earth (3 mm precipitation/year), There occur winter rains. These rains steer the geomorphological activity in this desert. Note the ephemeral vegetation, appearing shortly after one single rain. |
