| Notice : | The Tanganyika rift shoulder SE of Bujumbura is characterized by actively vertically incising rivers. The picture shows the Kanyosha river, actively deepening out its V-valley. This incision stimulates landsliding in this valley with basal slopes approaching 40°. |
