Fruit fly pest control in small scale orchards in Tanzania
Collaboration with Sokoine University of Agriculture (Morogoro, Tanzania). Study of diversity, seasonality, host plant specificity and population dynamics of the major fruit fly (Diptera, Tephritidae) pests in the different agro-ecological zones of the Morogoro region. Capacity building at SUA. Knowledge transfer and training of local farmers.
