Original testimonies from past and present, together with surprising collections and photographs, unravel the Congo Panorama; an immense painting that flaunted at the 1913 World Fair in Ghent. It glorified Belgian realisations in Congo and depicted the young Belgian colony as an idyll - a fake news avant la lettre.
