The main objective of the SHARE project is to enrich and increase the user-friendliness and accessibility of the cultural heritage held in the partners' collections. The key element to achieve this objective is the concept of "shared heritage, shared knowledge". The specific objectives of SHARE are: - Increased digital accessibility and the ability to share key collections with partners as needed; - Increased awareness and engagement of source communities around collections and archives; - Establish guidelines and recommendations for museums and research institutes in the process of opening their collections, regardless of their physical location, - To create a network of expertise in conservation and restoration based on the exchange of knowledge between partners.
