Dipanda 65 : Congolese success
For the 65th anniversary of what the Congolese call ‘dipanda’, the organization Bambelle, in collaboration with AfricaMuseum, invites you to an event celebrating ‘Congolese success’ through an inspiring conference, a rumba concert, and a culinary experience.
On 30 June 1960, the Democratic Republic of the Congo gained its independence. One of its fathers was Patrice Lumumba (1925-1961), born exactly 100 years ago. This independence represents an historic achievement for Congolese people around the world.
Dipanda 65 offers a festive afternoon centered around 'Congolese success' in tribute to Congolese independence.
