Recipes : 1° Vo(068) anthelmintic, fruits of Rapanea melanophloeios were collected from the Aberdares forest andwere dried under shade. 125 g of dried fruits were ground in a coffee mill and mixed with 500 ml of water. The mixture was boiled for 15 min and then allowed to cool for 30 min. Each animal that received the traditional dose was then drenched with 500 ml of the cooled mixture. 2° Vo(068) anthelmintic, fruits were collected from the Nyiro Mountain in the Samburu district. For each sheep, 50 g of dried fruits were ground and mixed with 250 ml of water, heated to 70 °C and then allowed to cool before drenching once to each animal receiving the traditional dose
