H(006) constipation, swollen belly "akak", are treated with enemas of camel urine and bitter colocynth seed Citrullus colocynthis "tagellet" To the urine of the camel, to the seeds of Citrullus colocynthis, the soft bark of Acacia flava and Balanites aegyptiaca are added; the whole is enclosed in a tissue through which water is passed. This liquid is used in enema

It is chewed leaves of tamat [Acacia flavia] and tabakat [Ziziphus lotus) that we take care of picking on the shady side of the tree (in the west in the morning, in the east in the evening). We boil for a very long time, until we obtain a paste we make small balls that are infused in water that we give to drink to the patient
