| Notice : | The Maman Mobutu gully is alimentated with runoff, developing right on the flat hilltop of the holliday resort of the REGIDESO. It is thought that residential villas evacuate also much of their water under the door to the road. Concentration of all this runoff along one runoff drainage line creates discharges, able to catastrophic gullying. Natural Hazard. Natural risk. |
